own Personal Identification Number (PIN). Then simply use that PIN to
access your information every time you call.

something that you will remember.
• To return to the previous menu press *.
• Make sure you use your full account number, located on your account
statement. (example: checking or savings accounts have nine (9) digits)
• Transfer from savings accounts by the Telebanking Line or other
electronic transfers are limited to six (6) per month by federal regulations.
Checking transfers are unlimited.
• The Telebanking Line can only make transfers between accounts
under the same name.
